Bitcoin.com’s Badger Wallet, has officially launched a new application for the Apple iOS software.
This means that, just like clients of Chrome and Firefox, Apple’s clients will also be able to store, send, and receive BCH and other Simple Ledger Protocol tokens while using the application in a non-custodial manner.
Badger has given its mobile clients a taste of its mobile version, following the success with desktop storage and trading.
Virtually all the functionalities from the desktop versions were incorporated into the mobile version, this is to keep everything on-chain as well as maintaining full client control and custody over their bitcoin cash or SLP tokens.
More so, the option to send small amounts of funds between wallets was retained by Badger.
According to a reddit post after the announcement, tokens can be sent worldwide instantly for about $.002 each.
The new app allows users to bring on board their previously saved data by automatically registering their funds from their existing accounts, as against the old service which required users to restore their existing Badger wallets using their 12-word seed phrase.
TThe open source beta version is available in the App Store as an application for users of iPhones, iPads, and the iPod Touch using iOS 9 or later versions
